a, an, the — কখন কোনটা?

📖 নিয়ম

যেকোনো একটা জিনিস বোঝালে a/an বসে। Consonant sound দিয়ে শুরু হলে a, vowel sound (a, e, i, o, u) দিয়ে শুরু হলে an। আর নির্দিষ্ট জিনিস বোঝালে the।

a + consonant sound

a pen, a book, a table, a flower, a mobile

an + vowel sound

an apple, an egg, an umbrella, an elephant, an orange

the = নির্দিষ্ট

the sun, the moon, the earth, the river
