My Opinion on Social Media and Students
Everyone has an opinion about social media and students, and here's mine.
In my opinion, social media should be used carefully, not banned, but not left unlimited either.
One reason is that it genuinely helps students connect with classmates and find study resources quickly.
Another reason is that too much scrolling late at night clearly hurts sleep and focus the next day.
I understand some people think students should avoid it completely, but that's not realistic in today's world.
That's why I believe the real answer is balance — a fixed time limit, not a total ban.
